Orders through our website are accepted everyday 24/7 day.
Order Confirmation
To confirm your order, we will contact you via phone or email you have specified. In case there is an issue with the phone number (for example number is wrong) incomplete or no one answers, the order will be put on hold until we are able to clarify the situation.
Ship Orders
Confirmed orders are shipped the same day if made before 14:00.
Orders placed after 14:00 pm will be shipped the next day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be sent on the first working day.
Delivery Methods
Courier
Deliveries by courier in Bulgaria, Greece and Romania are performed by "Econt Express".
If the delivery address is outside of Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, please indicate exact location and post code of the country. This way we can offer you several transportation options you can choose from. It is advisable in this case to send us your email address for more efficient communication.
